TO MAKE AN ORDER

1. Browse through the products and if you plan to purchase that product, click on the “add to cart” button in each product. Continue to browse through the products section and add to your item basket.

3. You may view your orders in the “ITEM BASKET”. Once you’re done, click on the“View Cart” to review your order.

4. Finalize number of items per product by adding/subtracting the quantity then when you’re done, click update shopping cart to see final total.

5. Once you are okay with the orders, click “Proceed to checkout”

6. Fill-out your shipping and billing address.

7. Scroll down and and select a payment option (Bank Deposit (BPI or BDO), Paypal*, GCash or Credit Card via Skrill*) and then click place order.

8. Wait for our response via email on total cost to include shipping and, availability of items

9. Once you’ve received an email from spunkdesigns@gmail.com, you may pay for your order based on your chosen payment option

10. Please send an email/Text to us of your name, order number, total amount paid, payment method once you’ve made the payment so we can verify

11. Once payment is verified, wait for your orders to arrive.

WHOLESALE/DISCOUNTED PRICE

For items with wholesale price, you may avail of the discounted price by purchasing from the wholesale category.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

Simply inform us through email at spunkdesigns@gmail.com your name and the order you wish us to cancel.

OUR WORKING HOURS

You may text/email us anytime and we will try to get back with you as soon as possible.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments from BPI, BDO, Gcash, Paypal and Skrill.

Payment must be made within 2 business days upon confirmation of your order.

Orders will automatically be cancelled for non-payments unless you inform us for an extension.

SHIPPING

We will ship your order within 24-48 hours after payment is verified. We do not ship on Sundays and Holidays.

To Metro Manila shipments, courier delivers in 1-2 days, not counting Sundays.

We do not offer rush shipping.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

• We strictly do not accept returns or exchange.

• We check each and every item before shipping.

• On the rare occasion that there is damage, kindly do let us know immediately.

• We only acknowledge damages 2 days after order is received.

• We are not liable for damages while thru shipping/transit.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING?

You, the buyer, will shoulder the shipping fees. Our preferred shipping partners are Xend or LBC for provincial orders

DO YOU DO MEET-UPS?

No, however you may schedule an appointment to pick up your orders at our office at our office in Heritage Building 1851 Dr. A. Vasquez St. Malate Manila and pick it up there. Check out our office map here:
